Palazzone's Orvieto Classico Superiore "Terre Vineate" is a white wine capable of expressing the best traditions of the great wines of this land of central Italy, which can boast a very ancient and noble tradition in the field of viticulture. The name on the label recalls the entries used in ancient medieval land registers and underscores the strong roots in the history of Orvieto. The wine comes from a blend of indigenous grape varieties of the area: Procanico, Grechetto, Verdello, Drupeggio and Malvasia, which create a perfect harmony of expression. The splendid hilly area, the mild and temperate climate and the suitable soils make it possible to produce white wines with a great personality and good structure, which are very suitable for pairing with seafood menus.

"Terre Vineate" is an Orvieto Classico Superiore produced by the Palazzone winery, one of the most interesting estates in the Orvieto area. The estate covers 25 hectares in the beautiful hilly area of the Palazzone district of Orvieto. The wine comes from a selection of grapes from several vineyards on the estate, small parcels with an eastern exposure, cultivated at an altitude between 240 and 360 meters, on soils of sedimentary and clay composition. The vines are managed with pruning, which favours low yields to obtain clusters with intense and concentrated aromas. After the soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in temperature-controlled steel vats for about three weeks. Finally, the wine matures in steel tanks for several months before bottling.

Giovanni Dubini is one of the reference producers in the area, thanks to his deep knowledge of the vines and the territory.
