Today Roberto has the good fortune of being able to work with a vineyard planted in 1913, which, although it requires more effort and sensitivity than usual, repays with the fruit of sublime quality, and that is why the approach has always been to adopt minimally invasive agriculture, where treatments were reduced to a minimum and applied only when strictly necessary.
