Here the soils, located at 350 meters above sea level, are made up of limestone, clay, and sand. In the winery, the bunchesare subjected to a gentle pressing and the resulting must undergoes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation between stainless steel tanks and large 25 hectoliter oak barrels. The subsequent maturation period lasts about 20 months and takes place between \u003cstrong\u003esteel, cement, and large barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e.
