The Nerello vineyards are organically farmed, with the utmost respect for the environment, and are located in the southern area of the Ionian coast, on terraces facing east and northeast at an altitude of around 250 metres above sea level. Manual harvesting takes place in mid-September, and the best grapes are sent to fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °C, with maceration on the skins for a couple of weeks and periodic pumping over.
